Terms of Service
These are personal commissions available to private clients.When commissioning me for art, you are agreeing with the terms below :)!!DIGITAL GOODS, NO SHIPPING REQUIRED!!- I reserve full rights to my artwork.
- Payments are upfront in USD via PayPal
- Payment must be received within 5 business days after I give you a slot.
- Prices may vary depending on complexity of drawing but I will inform you beforehand.
- I have the right to refuse commissions which I am not comfortable with.
- I'm maintaining the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising if I wish, and put it in my portfolio.
- Please credit me properly when posting and/or sharing the commissioned piece online.
You are NOT allowed to:
-sell your commissioned piece
-use it for commercial purposes
-claim commissioned art as yours
-remove watermark
-also please do not use any of my work for ai training and stuff, thanks!- If you need me to meet a certain deadline, let me know in advance and I’ll let you know whether I can work with those conditions or not.
- Finished piece gonna be send to you via e-mail :)REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
- The refund will be possible if you decide to cancel BEFORE I start working on your request.
- The refund will be possible if I cannot provide/finish the artwork for any reason
(The refunded amount of a cancelled commission will depend on how much of the piece has been completed)
- I can only provide a refund if any of the above conditions are met. No refunds in any other cases.PROCESS
- 1: Sketch - you can request changes to the drawing (up to 2 edits, NOT touching the main pose, placement of hands / expression can be changed but the full pose not)
- 2: Rough colors - you can request changes to the base colors (no changes to the sketch at this point)
- 3: Rendering and final image - no changes are possible at this stage (do not apply to "sketch page" type of commission)I will draw:
- original characters, fandom content / fanart
- animals
- mild gore
- nsfw
- furry (i'm not the master at this but i will try my best uwu )
- all body types/gender identities/sexual orientations, etc. are welcome and acceptedI will not draw:
- anything that will make me uncomfortable
- offensive content
- if it's a nsfw commissions and any or all of the characters are underage, and please be at least 18 when u commissioning me for nsfw type of art, THANKS <3
